1.📦 Delivery to your home address

We deliver packages in the territory of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union in cooperation with the reliable intermediary MBE (Mail Boxes Etc.) . Shipping is done via various delivery services, including UPS, DPD, GLS, Overseas Express and In-Time , to ensure fast and safe delivery.

⏳ Delivery time

• Delivery time within Croatia: 2-5 working days .
• Packages are delivered Monday through Friday.
• On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS or e-mail notification with an approximate delivery time.

📍 Shipment tracking

Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive an e-mail with the MBE tracking number . This number serves as a reference, but does not allow immediate tracking of the shipment. Shortly thereafter, MBE will send you a notification with information about the delivery service (UPS, DPD, GLS, Overseas Express, In-Time) and a new tracking number , which will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment and manage the delivery as needed.

• Mainland: EUR 7.29
• Islands: 9.99 EUR

From now on, we pack all packages in Lovely gift boxes. The exception is large bags that do not fit in gift packaging, they are sent in regular boxes.

2. 🌍 Delivery to European Union countries

We also deliver products within the European Union! The shipping cost is calculated when adding products to the cart and entering delivery details, which allows you to review all costs before confirming your order.
